Melamine coated doors wear well because of the PVC edging round the doors and panels which protects all the edges. These doors are durable, robust and easy to clean.
Laminate is a synthetic material which is very durable. Again they have the PVC edging which protects the edges.
Vinyl is vacuum pressed onto board. This enables doors to be shaped with rounded edges etc.
A 2 pack (hardened) paint finish which can be either high gloss or satin finish. This finish enables doors to be shaped with rounded edges etc. Edges on the doors are not visible. These doors are a durable and easy care.
The interior consists of high moisture resistant board and the veneer sheet is glued to this surface. The veneer is then varnished for protection. These doors allow the grains of the wood to stand out which highlights the variation of the natural material.
These doors can be made in many different timbers, e.g. Blackwood, Tasmanian Oak, Jarrah, etc. and many different styles.
Again the choices are many and varied – Laminate, Granite, Stone, and Solid Surface tops such as Corian.
Choices include Tiles, Granite, Stone or Glass Splashbacks.
